KALI is a personal AI agent you message on Telegram, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. This page says what KALI keeps when you use it, why, who sees it, and how to have it deleted. Questions: partners@aikali.app.
What KALI keeps
- The messages you send and KALI's replies, including voice notes, photos and files you send.
- Your name and account id on the app you use, so KALI knows who it is talking to.
- What you ask it to remember, such as your email for tickets or how you like your coffee.
- Details for what you ask it to do: names, phone numbers, emails, dates, seats and orders.
- Your location, only when you share a pin.
- Whether a payment went through. KALI never sees your card or bank details: you pay by KHQR in your own banking app.
- A log of what KALI did for you (searches, bookings, approvals), to fix problems and handle disputes.
How it is used
Only to answer you and do what you ask. Before KALI books or pays for anything, it asks you first. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Everyone who uses KALI gets their own agent. What you tell yours is kept apart from everyone else's.
Who it is shared with
Only what a task needs, with the services that do it:
- The AI model that writes KALI's replies (Anthropic's Claude), under Anthropic's own terms.
- Voice notes are turned into text by Microsoft Azure Speech or Google Gemini. Google may use what it receives through its free service to improve its products.
- Bus, boat, van and car companies and the ticket websites they sell through, Legend Cinema, and shops you order from: they get the details for your booking or order, such as your name, phone, email and seats.
- Hotel sites, such as Agoda, when you open a booking link KALI sends you. You book with them directly.
- A browser service (Browserbase) that KALI uses to book on websites for you.
- Map and search services (OpenStreetMap, DuckDuckGo, Google Maps) for places and answers you ask about.
- The app you message KALI on (Meta for Messenger and WhatsApp, Telegram) carries your messages under its own privacy policy.
- Anyone the law requires us to share with.
Where it is kept, and for how long
On our own server, with access limited to the person who runs KALI. Messages travel encrypted between the apps, KALI and the services above. We keep your data while you use KALI. Booking and payment records may be kept longer when we need them to settle a problem or the law requires it.
Deleting your data
Email partners@aikali.app from any address and tell us the app you use and your name or username on it. Within 30 days we delete your messages, what KALI remembers about you and your files, and reply to confirm. If you stop using KALI, your access can also be removed at any time.
On Facebook you can also block the KALI Page in Messenger. That stops new messages; email us to delete what was already kept.
Children
KALI is not for children under 13. Some bookings, such as R18 movies, are for adults only.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
